and yea can any of you experts tell me what exactly he is? i cant find any snakes that look just like him

From what I can see, I would have to guess it is a BCCxBCI cross. I say this because the coloration seems like a BCI and the peaks seem tend to be a BCC trait. A full body picture might help, but with a snake like that it will be difficult to be 100% sure.
Hope he likes "more fish".

Yeah, my best guess would be a BCC x BCI cross. Not great in the value department, but all the ability to be a wonderful pet. Good luck with him.

yea of course i got him for free anyhow (neglectful nephew) whatever he is its the most gentle animal ive ever met, someone breed more of these so i can buy another!
