boa with bubbles at mouth

SSSSSerpent Dec 10, 2006 11:28 PM

Please help.

My boa was fed 3 days ago and was fed a larger meal than usual. She has been laying at the cool end for 3 days. The temps are 94 at the hot end and room temp (70-72) at the cool end.

When I checked on her this evening, she gaped at me and had bubbles come from her mouth. She has never wheezed or whistled with her breathing.

I am wondering about IBD, but I am also wondering if her food is rotting inside her and that is the cause of the bubbles.

I am very concerned.

What should I do.

Thank you for your help.
