I have bought a couple of scales from these guys - www.rightonscales.com/ and they were pretty dependable and cheap.

It really depends on what type of critters you are weighing I guess and how much accuracy you really need. I can't think why you would need anything more accurate than 1 gram. Maybe this scale would be good - www.rightonscales.com/web/7001.htm.
It goes to 7kg (15lb) which is enough for most colubrids.

I guess it's too late if you've already made your purchase, but I thought I'd mention that depending on how big your "bigger" reptiles are, most standard scales aren't too useful. The problem is that the platform is just too small. Even if you can stuff your animal in a container, you may get widely varying readouts depending on how you position the container on the platform.

For long and/or heavy animals the best bet for weighing at home is to hold them in your arms or hoist them on your shoulders and step on a decent scale used for humans. Of course, for REALLY large herps your best bet is knowing someone with access to a warehouse scale or a veterinarian's big platform scale that they use for dogs and such.
