Are they calmer than most kings ? I ask because have read most love them .

there is a Mex black king and a black milk from what I read both same tempermeant ?

I dunno about the black milks, but from what I have heard from others and from my own expereince MBK's are great first/beginner snakes. Mine has such a sweet temper. He has never tried to bite or musk. Also they are very forgiving of husbandry mistakes from what I have been told.

Thanks a lot. They remind me of small Indigo snakes real nice. I have been looking at pics of them some like yours solid black some however dont have that Indigo look as they have white flecks .
