Nearsighted Leo Possible?

Charlee13 Dec 12, 2006 08:45 AM

My leo is about 3 months old and still can't seem to catch the mealworms on her own. She gets excited we I drop one in front of her and she hunts it down but when she lunges for it she always (or about 95% of the time) misses it. Have you ever heard of a leo having bad eyesight? Will she have to be hand fed forever?!

Try feeding him/her with very little light. Sometimes they can't see very well in daylight.
Oh, and as far as I know, everything is possible as nature goes.

Thanks for the advice. Can I use a red light to see what I'm doing? I was thinking I heard they don't see red?

It worked with mine.
