Durango Mountain Kingsnake

greeri are one of my favorite kings next to calligaster sps. I came across a pr. of yrlings., at a show but the female looked to thin. Are you breeding them?
I will breed them in '05. I purchased this guy and a female in '02. I wait, usually until they are 3 years of age to breed on all of my mexicana group of snakes. (greeri, ruthveni, mexicana mexicana, thayeri and alterna) I saw this one and had to get him. I light colors he has.
Hi, VERY nice light greeri. Do you mind me asking who did you purchase that beautiful greeri from?
- Eric
I have never seen any like that? Will it change color as it matures? Is that one of Applegates Hypos? Please tell thanks Tom
Thanks to all who viewed this guy.
I purchased him at the East Texas Herp. Society show in Sept. of last year in Houston TX., but for the life of me I cannot remember the breeder's name. I lost his card and have been trying to remember his name for 3 months because I need a female for him. He had 2 nice "light" colored ones on the table, but both were males so I chose a normal looking female with some split saddles.
Anyway, I have seen a nice one on Dan Vermilya's website. It is much nicer than this male (most of his snakes are), but I believe mine to grow up somewhat like this:
