Good business practices

Service is different for everyone. What are some things YOU consider a good business practice? I like to check back with the customer periodically after the sale to see how the animal is doing.

I bought a hatchling that wouldn't eat on it's own.
I called him and he was more than willing to take her back and replace her. The weather was bad here,so I held onto her for another week. I tried another suggestion he gave me. She took off and is eating fine. I called an let him know I was keeping her. He was pleased, I was happy. One month later he called to make sure everything was still going good. I was very suprised to hear from him. I'll buy from him again.

Never getting a busy signal.

Nothing bothers me more than not geting an answer, or getting a busy signal.

With the amount of people on here p!ssin' and moanin' about how bad the market is....

Don't you think it would be a good idea to at least answer your phone???

And if you don't suffer from that one...

Take all forms of payment.

I'm not saying take chickens and goats.

However, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money order, ect...

Basically, as long as you're not selling to Mick Jagger(because we all know that he can't get no satisfaction) things should be cool.
