My male Albino has two brunette (Het Albinos) girlfriends, but would love a blond (Albino) girlfriend too
Dave

that albino is smokin!!! im assuming its high contrast? what kind of camera are you using? and do you think he looks more stunning cause you took the pic outside on a sunny day? thanks..
If you are talking about my Albino, he does look that good in person. I was very selective picking out my male Albino. I have seen too many that looked washed out, and this male was stunning. I got him from Josh @ Rare Creations, and I think he is from a Jamie Quick line of Albinos. I really like him, and hope he does his thing with my two Het females this year. The camera is a piece of cr@p, I just got lucky and these are the one or two good pics out of a hundred. Here are two more pics, one is when I first got him, and blurry, like usual
The other is labeled Albinos Tongue.

simply stunning!!! good luck..
Ok dave....you can put the air pump up now..LOL!! I will say that your albino is one of a best I have seen. I really enjoy it's defined markings and contrast.
What are your plans for this year?

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
What I am hoping to produce this year: Green Ghosts from a nice Labyrinth Het Pair, Albinos, Orange Ghosts and Hets, SK Axanthics, Mojaves, Yellow Bellies, Pastels, Pastel Yellow Bellies, Sulfurs, Super Sulfurs????if there is a super, Embers, Ember Hypos, Pieds, and a few odds and ends. I am not to proud to say this, but in 05, I only produced 4 Balls total, in 06, produced 25, and hope to at least double that to 50 this year. My hatch rate has gone way up, to well over 90%. My first few years, and I cringe thinking about it, I lost alot of NICE eggs to mold. I have now remedied that, and only had one or two eggs mold last year.
That awesome...it sounds like you have a few nice projects in the works. Was 05' your first year breeding? Wat was your conclusion in regards to loosing the eggs due to mold?

I talked to people who have had success breeding and hatching, and got some good advice. Putting the pair together is only a small part of it. Hatching sounds easy, but until you get your method down, it can be frustrating. This is the adult Sulfur (at the time, I thought she might be a Burgundy Hypo or Hypo) on 11 eggs, all molded. Look at those eggs, they were perfect, 11 good eggs and one slug. I put too much water in the substrate, and lost all the eggs. I also lost a nice 8 egg clutch of my Het Green Ghost pair. I probably lost 5 good clutches completly, due to mold. I now start the eggs off a BIT on the dry side, and slowly add water. I had good success with this method in 06, and will do it again this year. You can see two of my 06 clutches, the 06 Pastel x Sulfur clutch and the Pastel x normal clutch.

Plans as far as the Albino are: He is eating right now, I mean right now! I put him with a female Het Albino last week, and once he eats, I will cycle him back with her again, and then with my second female Het Albino, and hope for some Albinos this year. I think the Albino Pied has really given the Albino morph its second wind. This particular male is nice for two reasons. First, he has a nice lemon yellow color outlining the orange coloration, and second, he has a nice contrast in the yellow and white. When you are a small time breeder, you need to focus on Quality, not Quantity. I am hoping for some carbon copy babies from him.
Very nice!! If your in the Sacramento area, I've got 2 proven albino males that would not mind a date with your girl.
