What do you think about this it came in, in a shipment we brought in from East Africa in oct.06
We were kind of surprised that it was this nice in color. Fed like a champ right off the bat.

Hi Randall,
in September of this year we got 3 babies of this hybrids as well from Uganda. They were mixed between Bitis nasicornis we ordered. They are approx. 30 cm in length now, 1 male and 2 females. Here is picture of one of them after last shedding... I couldn`t believe they can have colors like this...

Yes, we plan to try their breeding when time comes, but as they are just babies now, they need at least 2-3 more years...
We are expecting next shipment from the same source soon, maybe there are more of these included in it. We will see...

I wonder what the "horns" will be like considering the small horns on Eastern Gaboons? Any one have an adult and maybe some pics?

These are very pretty snakes but they come in (or at least this year) often I have gotten several of these from 2 different exporters. In the last 5 or 6 eastern shipments I've gotten this year I have recieved 17 of these snakes. I am exspecting I shipment the end of this month I will post pics.
