You have a Male Nosy Be. My suggestion would be to find him a nice female Nosy Be, and NOT to cross breed.

I agree that your male looks like a Nosy be. The photo of the supposed sire is an Ambilobe. Either they mixed up offspring or, and I hope this is not the case, your male my be a crossbreed. It is possible they accidentally matched the ambilobe sire with a nosy be female since the females often are hard to distinguish. I would call the breeder and ask if he has ever raised one of his offspring from that pair to adulthood to see how they look. Good breeders 'holdback' offspring from time to time so they can be sure of thier bloodlines. Did you get him from a reputable breeder? I hope your guy is a pure Nosy be. If it turns our otherwise, he sure will make a great pet, he is awesome.

Definitely a male Nosy Be. He just has a lot of Red speckling. He is a Nosy Be...no doubt it. Who did you buy him from?

i had to go find the emails, i got him from Susie
@ www.chameleoneyes.com but it seems that the site is gone now.

Much better photo, all you need is a female nosy be. Good luck breeding. He looks great.
