Third time is a charm .....I hope

This 8ft female is a 2001 pastel 66% het albino I purchased from Jeff Ronne at a het price LOL. The male is a pastel 100% het I also got from Jeff in a trade. It's the reddest het he ever produced and I think, well I know he regrets letting him go. Back to the story, I tried the pair in 2004 and 2005 but both times she absorb everything (which maybe someone could explain in a post for me), because to me those two years I saw courting 24/7 male lost interest(but didn't see ovulation)and she got big but months later nothing.

Both years I probably put the male in to early here in Sacramento, because I put the male in during late summer and temps where still 90's daytime and 70's at night. So maybe the male's sperm wasn't viable.

Anyway the last few days she was getting huge and this morning there it was an ovulation. When I came home this evening I went straight to her cage and she's even bigger now. I'm just going to have to wait now and hope for heathly babies. Sorry for the rambling, as you can tell I'm excited. I guess it's an early Christmas present.
Merry Christmas All.

Regards,
Derek

Goodluck with the litter Derek, the babies should be awesome. Hope the female proves out for you and Happy Holidays.

I predict that WHEN this female has those babies, and WHEN she proves to be a het, that the babies she produces will absolutely be the most highly RED Albinos ever produced, EVER! I can't wait Dr. Yagi. Remember my offer still stands to buy back that possible het female from you, even if she isn't a het, for the same price you paid for her. She looks terrible in this picture but you should see her when she is looking good! I should have never let either of those animals out of my grubby Boa-Hogging/Hording hands!

I can't wait to she what comes out. This morning she was stretched out again but the swelling is going down. Well off to finish my X-Mas shopping.
