Salcuta ( Spur Thigh ) Care Help Needed?

Hi everyone i want to get my first tortoise can anyone help me out i have a few questions and i know i will think of more but here is my questions off the top of my head.

Can i use Newspaper as a substrate?

What Temps are required? Basking?

Can i feed what i feed my Iguana? I.E : Collards, Turnips, Dandelions, Mustard, Arugula, and other greens plus veggies like Squash, Carrots, Parsnips, Green beans, and some fruit like bluebberies and mango?

How quick do they get big?

And i will be using UVB for sure its a Mega Ray light i use for my Iguana and i will use for this tort. Can it be housed in a 4x2 cage without be overwhelmed? Thanks

There ya go. Read that thoroughly... you don't want to feed them fruits, it's bad for the gut of a sulcata.
That website has more info than you can imagine to help you care for one. It'll be a huge help for you.
