Okay, which thermostat are you using?
Most importantly, do you like it, and why?

I just use a rheostat for my Erebennus. He spends most of his time on the warm side that is 80-82 than on the non-regulated cool side at 70-something.

Spyder Robotics has the best on the market; even better than Helix.

I use Ranco thermostats. They are plenty accurate for our needs and easy to set/use. The price is reasonable from many sources and they have a good track record.

While pricey, the Herpstat PRO is hard to beat and don't forget the USB data cable and upload software, as it will allow you to monitor teh system online, forward regularly scheduled e-mails with status info or text message you should something go awry.
I also like that you can download software updates for the system.

Best regards,

Jeff
