With the proper dosage by weight, Panacur (fenbendazole) is typically administered three times with two weeks between dosages. Flagyl (metronidazole) is usually giving twice with 5 to 7 days between the dosages. After the series is completed, fecals should be re-checked for the presence or absence of the target parasite.
