Yellow Bullsnake

orchidspider Dec 23, 2006 01:25 PM

I have posted a pic of my female Yellow Bullsnake I got as a yearling 4years agoe, from a turtle enthusiast in Asheville NC, and she was a dull tan coloration. This is what she turned into, and is docile as a puppy. However, I am currious as to what area of her range she could be from. I am a naturalist at heart and am fascinated by the geographic diversity of color races of my favorite snake. From the pics I have scene on here, she looks like she could have origins in Colorado. ---Any thoughts?--- She is a full 5' and slams 2 rats a feeding. I hope to mate her to a nice "red" bull (though he seems to be marked more like a light orange corn snake) when he grows up.
