That is either an immature male or a female. Both have organs that size. A mature males hemipene is three times that.

Years ago we posted a whole bunch of pics showing large female organs. All from egglaying females. Cheers

i don't doubt you. do you happen to have any of those photos of everted female organs? i would love to compare them. i do recall my adult male everting when he was about this guys age, and it looks the same. that's the only reason a assume this guy's a male. i've never seen my female completely evert so i guess i don't really know.
please post a pic of a female.
cheers

Males and females develop the same, then when they develop secondary characteristics, the males keeps growing to a point its so large, it makes a visible bulge. The females does not develop and rarely causes a visible bulge. But, in some species and some individuals, female can exhibit a very large bulge.

And no, all my pics are tied up with our old site. When its back up, I will post them. Whenever that is.

So yes, I have no doubt your known male was exactly like this at this size.

Also to make it even weirder, some males develop at a very small size, whilest others, wait until they are very large. These are the things that interest me. In otherwords, they are not mammals. They also have somethings going on thats not understood at this time. Cheers
