Ok so on my jackson chameleons' hand and eye there seems to be a cyst... is is deadly? I got him as a xmas gift... and as far as reptiles go i am very knowledgeable on reptiles but not infections, disease, ect.... he is healthy in every other way other than the two cysts

I can't tell you what it is (your picture isn't clear enough), but it might be a good idea to take it to the vet to have it checked out.
It could be an infection or it could be fungal. One particular fungas (CANV) needs to be treated with an oral medication....but only a test can determine if that is what it is.
