All of my snakes are eating rats. I've notice that when my snakes poop in their water bowls,the water appears oily. So my question is do rats have a higher fat content than mice? if so, are rats the better food option or mice? Because I have Easterns, Floridana, Black Milks and a Northern Pine, the larger food items are more economical than mice.
