Just a thought...

I havn't posted in a while and I was just thinking about how many awesome color and pattern morphs there are and I wanted to hear other opinions. Just look at Celia's group shot. All of those boas are beautiful in their own unique way. This is what I love about boa morphs so much. To me, most balls look pretty much the same. Don't get me wrong, the clown, pied, and killer bee ball pythons are beautiful to me. But what I love most about boa morphs is the scale a certain morph can have. Take albinos, some albinos are very pale and yellow and some are freakin AMAZING. Look at Tom Burke, Jeff Ronne, and Matt Crabe's albinos. They are just plain ridiculous. I think albinos like these will always hold their value. The value of a morph will eventually come down but with selective breeding I think the value could go up. I am no expert, but most bumble bee ball pythons look pretty much the same to me. But if you compare an "ugly" sunglow to a lipstick sunglow, there is a huge difference. Some wouldn't even know they were the same morph. My point is that because of the scale a certain morph can have, and selective breeding, boas will always be a solid investment if you start with quality animals. Please don't turn this thread into a market debate, just keep it about how awesome boa morphs are! Thanks and Merry Christmas.

I can't even begin to predict the financial market for boas and pythons. but I do know one thing w/ all these beautiful boa morphs I'm in heaven provided that I win the lottery. Most guys like me can't afford the best examples of some of these morphs.
