Can anybody tell me what these are that the snake is resting on, what the clamps are that are sticking to the side of the tank, and where can I get them from?

Looks like PVC pipe. Don't know the exact name, but the things the two ends are in are for putting up shower curtain rods. Try a big hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe's. Good luck.

They are for holding up the hanging bar in a wardrobe. They are open at the top to allow the bar to be slipped in. It appears that they have been stuck to the glass, and the plastic piping just slips in.
