Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. I have a male pastel in a container with 2 females. I have witnessed him locked-up with both of them, but my question is when do other breeders usually seperate them. I don't want to seperate them if the lock-up may not have been successful. Do you guys leave them together for the whole breeding season or do you seperate them after a few lock-ups? Thanks in advance!

I keep pairing them up until I see ovulation or spring - which ever comes first. Some people keep them together through the season. But I like for them to have a little break for rest and feeding if they want it.
