Did anyone see this

I watched EXPLORER on discovery yesterday. It was about giant snakes Myths and Stories. It showed all the pictures that everyone has seen throughout the internet, but it showed one I've never seen. They had a pic of a 22ft reticulated python that had killed a man and was attemping to swallow him when it got stuck on his shoulders!!! A police officer wandered up on the scene and snapped a pic before he shot the snake. It was definately a legitimate picture!!! Did anyone else see this??

I remember seeing that program - but they think that they guy was already dead (head injury or something) when the snake came across him and started eating him - had he fallen onto his side they say the snake would have been able to extend it's jaw wide enough to get him all the way in - but since he was flat the snake couldn't get past his shoulders - it was cool they showed how the snakes jaw could have extended one way but not the other. Anyway - I'd bet that if the snake had had another hour he'd have figured out how to turn and get that sucker down.

Yes i did, they said that the retic was hunting the guy from behind, then it caught up to the the guy constricted him and then tried to eat him. They also said that at the autopsy the snake broke almost all of the guys bones in his body. THATS INTENSE!!!!!

that they run programs like this without mentioning that more people are killed by domestic dogs than all reptiles combined. Even these supposed myth busting programs sensationalize everything to the point that it's amazing that anyone isn't afraid of herps. Some times it is funny though. I was watching a Maury Povich best of special with my wife X mass morning and he wouldn't touch the 15' Burm that was restrained by 5 people but he had no problem touching the unrestrained cheata that could rip his throat out in a split second! It's too bad more animals don't eat people.
