Sorry for your loss. they ARE the [bleep]. No python feels like them or acts like them...or unexpectedly dies like them. I had the pleasure of one that grew from six to ten feet in a year and was a pleasure to work with. Here is to someone else crackin the code.

I am indeed sorry to hear that he passed away. TRULY a beautifull snake indeed, seems like there is so much we DONT know about them. And so much we need to learn to maintain and succesfully breed this most beuaifull of all pythons...
