Can anyone give me a link to North Carolina's laws/regualtions on the keeping of alligators and/or crocodillians, in general?

Alligators are illegal in NC since they are native to eastern NC. You can find spectacled and dwarf caiman for sale at local petshops.

I am sure there are some exceptions since I have seen gators at aquariums and zoos. I have no information on it though.
