Does the snake's color match the photo's? It looks a little lighter than some of the other coxi photos I've seen. Either way, a very pretty snake.

I'd say the colour is almost perfect. This is a young specimen and I find they tend to be alot lighter at this age.

Thanks! I shoot with a Canon Digital Rebel XT and a SIGMA 17-70mm macro lense.

My female (pictured) will bite me when I scare her but she can be picked up and she calms right down. My male has never bitten me and he is very calm at all times. I love coxi!

I believe they are from Northern Thailand and they live at an elevation of about 700-800 feet in the mountains.
