big for a dragon?

mets38 Dec 28, 2006 04:58 PM

Hi,
I have a 3 month old dragon that weighs 100 grams and is 12 1/2 inches long. Is that average for a dragon that age?
Thanks

I've mentioned before that it seems to me Dragons even under the same conditions can grow at greatly different rates. A while back I bought 2 Dragons from Vickie Dachiu. She told me they both were 4 or 5 weeks old. One was 7 1/4 and one was 6 1/4 when i got them. 2 months later they were 14 1/2, 165 grams and 13 1/4, 150 grams respectively. I also have a dragon from a friend that could not take care of her. It took 6 months before she reached 12 inches under the same conditions. She was 4" when I got her.
