I preorder this book and it was to be released Sept 06 I have not heard anything on whats going on with this book. I have e-mailed mampam and Daniel Bennett several times with no reply. Has anyone else preorder this book or hear about whats going on with it. I am not calling anybody out just want to get some info on what going on. Thanks
