baby shedding

Lafferman Aug 08, 2003 06:57 PM

i recently got a 1.2 bizzard group and they are all eating good and are very health. but i didn't think any were shedding. (they hide all the time.) i found skin pooped or thrown up in the cage when i got home from work. one of the blizzards had a thin tail when i got him(still health though) his tail is bigger he is my best eater. i fed them last night. could he have just thrown/pooped out the skin from having to much to eat or is there something wrong? they all look health. thanks

hopefully this is only the first time it has happened because it is not good if they are doing this every time they shed. if they are throwing up, that could mean 1) they just had too much to eat 2) they have a sickness and if they are pooping it out undigested it means they are not digesting properly and you need to up the temps on the warm side of the tank.

this is the first time this has happened and i'm almost 100% sure that the one gecko just ate to much just wanted to see how bad this was. that gecko is also the one of the three that has the biggest and best poops.. maybe i should let him eat somewhere else to regulate him?

i should just talk with bryan viets since he helps me with everything except my purchase of the blizzards... i'm just to lazy to go down to the store lol
