My blue, "Tegan" had apparently rubbed his head on something and caused a small "nick" in the top of his head. First, should I even be concerned and second, what, if anything should I put on it? It is pretty small, less than 1/8". Any suggestions? I cleaned it up, but it seems very minor. If it wasn't for the little bit of blood I would have never noticed it. Any help appreciated.

I wouldn't be too concerned about his health. Clean it up and polysporin and he should be fine. My concern would have benn what in he** did he cut himself on and remove it, Tegus have pretty tough skin.
