Advice on 3x2 cages

rkd Dec 30, 2006 09:58 AM

I'm looking to purchase two 3x2 plastic (pvc) cages to display my snakes. There are many companies out there which sell these types of products. What recommendations do you have as to which company to buy from? Please help. Thanks.

I would talk to Rich from Reptile Basics. He offers better ventilation which is important for Pits, most plastic cage companies cater to Boides. Tom Stevens

Thanks for the advice. Do you think 3x2 is plenty of room or will I need 4x2 when they're full grown?

If you can afford the 4 footers the snakes will appreciate the extra room. I do keep big Pits incages with 6 squarefoot of floor space though and they seem comfortable. Tom Stevens
