Is this just excrement or is this regurge? Snake was fed on 12/28. Thanks for any help you may give me.

Usually a poop like that follows a too-large feeder, or several feedings spaced too close together. At least, that's been my experience.

I noticed it about 10 minutes after I put him in a spare container while I cleaned his tank. I fed him a fuzzy (granted a large fuzzy) but it didn't seem to be much bigger than the others I fed him (every 7-8 days). Thanks for your help.

Definitely a poop...but I would make sure that your temps are warm enough.

temps are difinitely warm enough. They range between my 4 tanks (the lowest is at 80.6, and the highest is at 83.4). Thanks!
