Question: If they did pass a bill stating that we were know longer allowed to keep Burms. What would all of you do? Would you get reed of them? Think about it, what would they do with all of them? If they killed them it would be double standards. How could ((PETA)) the people who what life for all animals. Just sit back an let them be killed. O, but PETA did have that one thing happen that i seen in the news.

My Answer: Know law will ever make me get reed of ANY of my Burms. I can see wildlife and fish trying to kick in my door to get my Burms lol. If any of you have ever meet/seen me. You know they will have there hands full lol.

Thanks,Derek

P.S. This is just a question, not a joke or anything like that. So please keep the rude comments to yourself.

I dont keep burms (i have small children ) I am just passin threw but i do keep large boas and carpet pythons and if they did make it ileagal to keep burms they would proubly be ilegal to keep all large biods and i am with u they would have to come kick down my door to get to them. If it does become ilegal it will be from unresponsiable and inexperence keepers getin hurt lossin or even releasin there animals when they get to large. It my be to all of are benifit to have to get a pemit to buy these animals mybe even take some kind of safty course it would keep people from buyin them on a impulse and only those of us that are really into them would have them.

Over here in the UK-England we have been hearing of bring this in to practice over here to ?

It is still under huge debate becuase of certian criteria ?

When i first heard of it the rumor's were that anything (?) that had the potential of reaching 2 meeter's or more would be going on under the DWA licence ?

Obviously this would cover the large Biod's and such species, but is still under much discusion because of other species ie...
some colubrid's and such like can also reach this lenght without the risk of potential harm as such large Biod's.

Personally i think it would be a good idea and help keep track of such animals,
obviously there will be problem's,
such as people being honest about what animals they have in there collection and coming forward for the licence.
some idiot's will probably just turn the animal's lose.

Over here the only animal licence you need is a DWA and Endangered species, no dog licence or as such like the U.S.
i think even the "beginner herper" should have something like a licence.
becuase then when they walk into a shop (like where i work) we know what they have kept and how long and can advise on what they could have potentially as there next species.
