Hello everyone and Happy New Year!

I have a few questions. Can any body give me any ideas as how to find decomposed granite in my area, I live in the CT. area? Also if I can't find decomposed granite, is there any other product or soil that resembles decomposed granite that I can use? I may end up using a bioactive soil mixture that I read about at pro exotics, but I would really want some thing that looks more like a desert burrowable soil than a forrest. Thank you all for your help!
