You said was decayed. I'd probably bring him to the vet to check on it. In the center of a dragon's head is his third eye called a pineal eye. The skin should'nt look decayed around it.
here is the pictures
anyone know wats that?

Hard to tell what that black spot is on his head. It isn't his third eye, that I am sure of. It could be many things though. It could be a burn mark, fungus, infection (insect bite?) or something else. I suggest bringing him to an experienced reptile vet, one who has worked with bearded dragons.
I also noticed your dragon looks a bit under weight. You can almost see his hip bones and his tail base is thinner than it should be. Tell us more about his cage setup, how often you feed, how much he typical eats daily, what you are feeding him, his basking temp, etc. so we can help get him up in weight as well.

She eat 15-25 crickets each day and some greens in the morning.
I got a riverrock in the tank which she always stay on it.
Heat pot is 32C and cool place is arround 28C.
She poo before she starts eating. Ater eating, she is always running throughout the tank.
I bought her half month ago online and she already got the black spot before she arrive.
thanks
It is possible the black spot is natural pigment but it is rather odd, considering the rest of your dragon's coloration. I would get a vet to check it to be on the safe side.
Your temps are too low, 32C comes out to about 90F. Bearded dragons should have a basking spot between 95-115F (35-46C). If the temps are not high enough they cannot digest their food correctly and it can rot in their stomachs, causing all sorts of problems. It is good he is active, the temps may actually be higher than what your thermometer says. What sort of thermometer are you using? Are you measuring the temp directly on the basking area?
I don't know what condition the dragon was in when you bought him, he may have already been skinny. He definitely appears to be eating a fair amount so he may put the weight on under your care fine. How often are you offering food? Once a day, twice? Are you dusting his crickets regularly with a calcium powder and multivitamin?
The black spot may be a small burn which he obtained before you received the animal. If it continues to look bad, starts to show signs of swelling, or if his activity/appetite drops, a vet check definitely is in order. If the spot gets bigger, it could indicate a fungus growth, tumor or absess, again signs a vet check will be needed.

Thanks so much!
May be Im understate the temp. She is so active after eating.
And I always see her open her mouth when she stay on the rock.
I did dusting every crickets regularly with a calcium powde and multivitamin (3:1) every 2-3 days.
I feed her greens on the morning and crickets on the noon and night after she poo.
She poo 2-3 times each day. Is it normal? Sometime, she can eat over 35 crickets in one day.
Now, she is shedding her head. I will see wat happen after its done. Her black spot didnt
get bigger since I got her.
Thanks so much!
Sounds like she is doing well, if the temps were really too low, she would have trouble digesting her food. Since she is active, eating like a pig and pooing regularly, the temps are probably fine as they are and your therometer may just be off. If you use the dial shaped stick on side of tank type thermometers, they are not very good at measuring basking temps. The strip type thermometers are next to useless. Digital thermometers with a probe are great, as you can lay the probe directly on the basking spot. Temp guns are great too, as you can 'point and shoot' to measure temps on any surface.
Wait till she finishes shedding her head and see if the black spot remains or goes away. It could be something minor that was already well on its way to healing. Just watch to see if it gets bigger after the shed or smaller.
