Mike, I agree with what Ben stated. From what I've noticed, the outcrosses tend to change on an earlier schedule than do "pure" biaks. I have some Biak outcrosses that started at 4-5 months old. The female that produced these babies is still changing at 7 years old. IMHO, most chondros will probably continue to change throughout their entire lives. We just don't notice as much since the hatchling colors are so drastic from adult colors.
As far as weight, like Ben said, it depends on too many variables. I've seen animals over a year old that weighed less than 50 grams, while I have some that are just over 6 months old that are pushing 120 grams. It would be a guess at best.
If you want to post a pic, you can upload them to the kingsnake.com gallery. It's free and easy to do.

I bought a biak(out-cross)over the summer.I'm guessing it's about 6-8 months old..I can find out for sure.I was just wondering how old it should be before it starts to change color. Also anyone know about how much it should weigh?I'll try to get a pic if I can figure out how.
Thanx all,
Mike
