I don't usually post here (I have a Tegu) But I found this awesome slider on the road coming home tonight. Had to be at least a foot long and 8 inches wide. I let it go in my creek.

You say he, but chances are it is a she. It's about time for some females to start crossing roads to look for nesting spots and with all the rain this year it is less likely that males are roaming (besides that size being an amazing record for a he, but just impressive for a she).
