How can i post a pic that is already uploaded to another site? i have tried all 3 boxes at the bottom and even tried to type html format? any help i am trying to show off this pic

Get the image location and post in the body of your post in between .

To get the image location from firefox:

Bring up the image you want to post, right click the image, and select 'copy image location'.

Then, in the body of you post, in between the tags above, CTRL V to paste the URL of the image location.

This site uses a variation of HTML.
Here’s what you do, use these tags and substitute [img] for [xxx] as in the example below. I had to do it that way so you could see it.

[xxx]http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/45991531/[/xxx]

You can also create links here, but again, it is a variation of html, not what you’re use to.
Example, this makes a link to your url above

[xxx=http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/45991531/] Your Pic[/xxx]

Same thing in above example, substitute URL for the XXX
