If you have a cham species that does not chew or eat vegetation, the bromeliads won't be toxic. Veileds and panthers sometimes chew on their plants (very individual), but bromeliads are probably not very attractive and you can offer the cham something better such as fleshy succulent veggies, greens, and fruit chunks on sticks. But, bromeliads are fragile and the cham may damage them or break them loose from their anchors if they climb on them.
