Provide them each there own cage with the proper set up and size and they will breed. If they dont breed its because somthing is wrong. Also eep in mind they may not breed year round. My male will breed year round but my female will only alow it in the colder months of Dec and Jan

If they are kept under normal correct conditions they will breed. Mine only breed in the spring and summer, others have winter breeders, it depends on the animals and probably where you live as well. You really don't need to do anything special to start a season. Mine are naturally cooled and the light is reduced in winter. But that is because I live in Ohio, so our house naturally cools in the winter. Plus their only light is the light that comes into the room through the windows.
There is no way to breed leos and care for the babies both correctly and cheaply. You will need a way to incubate them, plus additional housing, heating, and food for all of the babies until they are sold or given away.
Lets say you end up with 20 babies. You will need at the least:
20 shoeboxes ($20)
shelving or a rack ($50 If you can DIY)
heattape ($40)
thermostat ($50-$100)
crickets ($10-$20 for 500 a week)
substrate ($?)
hides ($?)
waterbowls ($?)
calcium powder ($5 a month)
bowls for calcium ($?)
advertising to sell the babies ($?)
shipping supplies to ship if needed ($10-$15 per box)
All that = $$$$. Probably around $200-$300 for the baby set-ups, plus another $50-$100 a month for upkeep.
