,,,anyway when i was in store buying food for my 2 african chameleons i met a man who had some ,he told me to put the chameleons in a bird cage with honey on the cage,,,,on the sides,,,cause then flies would come to the cage and snap ,,chameleons catch em,,,i thought it was weird so i said id ask you pros here

wouldnt that also attract bee's, and ants, and other nasty pests?

If you want flys then use a fly attractant. You can find it on the internet in various places. Fly traps use it to get them in the nets. Ww

ll eat thru the stomchs, how filling are flys? lets see a juvenile will eat what 15 to 20 crickets aday? how many flys would that equal? do you like having flys buzzing around? crickets are liek 10 cents apeice not too mention i think if the cha,s were to climb around the cage they would get sticky, and flys arent to "sterile" of an animal, i mean do u want to feed your cham insects that have been eating dead animal flesh and [bleep]? don't skimp on the proper feeding teqnigues to save a buck, you shouldn't own a pet if you cant take care of it properly,

cause sometimes crickets arent available ,,,,

btw i can afford keeping him im not cheap,,,,

btw 12 crickets here =3.5 dollars

I am not high or mighty, but thanks for the compliments. I think the original poster appreciated my post more than yours. Only were you not helpful, you were rude as well. I think his question was legitimate. Catching food and saving cost is an art as well as sometimes a necessity. Did you help the cause, or did you criticize the poster? I think it's the latter.
But, when you grow up, you may look back on this as a learning experience. You may just build some people skills through this silly little post. (And your spelling/grammer could use a little work too)
