ok i know that if you want to sterilize logs to put in ur enclosure ya throw em in the oven for 15 min at 250 but what if the log is too big,what r my options.i'm setting up an enclosure for a carpet python and wanted to add a few branches any tips on sterilizing??????

Large logs can be sterlized in a bleach/water solution (about 1:100 bleach/water ratio) and allowed to soak for 20 minutes or so, then rinse completely several times and allowed to air dry for about 24 hours or more, if needed, in a well ventilated area.
