Chicagoland Varanid nuts...

The usual last Wednesday of the month is the general meeting for the Chicago Herp Society meeting. This month's featured herp is Monitor Lizards so even if you aren't a member and want to come down and see some nice monitors....come on down!

I will play ringer and bring my v. doreanus and my 6yr old v. timorensis. See ya.

Do you have a name for him?? I named my male timor "Pudge"...its fitting. He always looks gravid!....pudgy

Had I known, I would have named mine pudge also. Her name is Spot, nothing too creative. Of course, I didn't know she was a spot until she laid 6 infertile eggs about two years ago.
