HELP, QUICK!!!

RalphSnakeMan Aug 09, 2003 10:48 AM

Hello all,
Yesterday I purchased a proven pair of bearded dragons, the female is gravid from what i was told (I can also feel the eggs in her stomach when I gently massage (sp) her.

Today they woke me up out of bed, they were going CRAZY jumping at the screen running back and forth trying to get out of the cage in any way. My old beardie used to do that before he went to the bathroom but these guys are just going nuts...I seperated them and put the female in a laying box (A plastic tub filled with about 6 inches or more of sand.

Now I don't know what to do?!?!?!?! The female is digging but I think she is digging to try and escape...what should I do???

If she lays the eggs what should I do..I don't have an incubator yet, I thought she would be laying the eggs in a month or so from now, not right away!!! AHHHH PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your time,
Ralph

P.S. My basement is about 80 degrees is that warm enough for the eggs??!?! PLEASE SAY YES! LOL Thanks again!
