Need some help in identification...

With all of the talk of morphs...I'm afraid to ask about this guy. I've been told that he is a 'caramel' though I don't know what that means exactly. From what I've seen on the web, he doesnt match any description or photo for caramel that I can tell. I do know that he is lighter in color than my other pythons and has fewer 'black dot' markings. The dots that do exist are more of a chocolate color. Any info is greatly appreciated.
Other pics of this guy on my site arent as color-clear as this photo, so I'm only including this one. I don't want to give the wrong impression.
I'm more interested in him as a Daddy this year than a morph...weighing in at 961 grams, he is a healthy boy.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, 'just' a normal Ball. Still a beauty though.

Thanks much folks.
Nothing wrong with normal and it saves me some brain cells worrying about it.

Food for thought: "Isn't it strange that one species can be so interested in oddities of other species on this earth, but so narrow-minded toward their own?"

He does have reduced "alien" markings , and I would consider him banded more than most, don't be surprised if you get some nicely banded babies (especially if you line breed him back to his daughters). He is a normal , but probably one worth breeding out, just to see how much "Banding" you get in the second and third generation! Anthony McCain-McCain's Reptiles.
