We have a jumper!

I had my 9 week old boy, John Smith (Yes, brother to Jane Smith), jump out of my grasp and he fell to the tile floor from a meter or so. He obviously seemed a little shocked. I tried my best to comfort him that night and gave him a little bath and play time.

The next night I notice that his stomach had bloated up. He felt like a giant rubber-coated marshmellow. Rubber skin and a mushy body, but he felt no pain when I inspected him. I then tried to stretch out his legs one by one. Some he snapped back into place faster and others he just left out lying himself down. I had thoghts about broken ribs or legs, but I think I was just really spooked.

The next night (Tonight), he took a massive poop. about 5 times larger than any previous. It was mostly wet and had quite some liquid. But his stomach had shruken about half size and he is walking pretty normal I think.

Any speculations?

What are vet check up bills like?

Is there a vet in Hamilton or Burlington in Southern Ontario?
