Odd Lumps on my Veiled?? Please Help!!!!

renee_dupuis Jul 26, 2005 03:46 PM

I have just recently noticed two hard lumps on either side of my 6 month old male veiled. They are up by his shoulders/back area. I have never seen this before and I am worried they are or may be getting bigger. Please check out the pic I have provided. All and any suggestions are welcomed.

Those are very odd lumps. I would be taking him to vet as soon as possible. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

Okay, I found a vet three hours away and took Charlie there yesterday, the vet says it is Bursai? A fluid filled sac. He drained them only slightly and said that there is no parasites, no ifection and no tumor cells present. He seems to think that over a period of time they will go away. He said they may have to be drained again but for now he should be okay.
