Hi,

Im going to be moving from CA, to Vancouver, BC, and was wondering waht its going to take to import my animals. I have cats, monitors, and a horse.

You will need to contact fish and wildlife, probably customs, to ensure you have all the correct papers for your pets. they also need a recent vet inspection to ensure they are healthy, they may even be kept in quarentee for a few months as well, not really sure on that aspect. Also, check the city of Vancouver by-laws about exotic pets and other pets (ie the horses) to ensure they are permitted. You may also need to arrange for a speciall permit, if some animals are not allowed in the city.
