It is possible, but only for fully grown adults. Baby bearded dragons and dragons under a year old need to have regular feedings of insects (crickets, silkworms, butterworms, roaches, superworms etc) as well as a mixed salad of high calcium low phosperous containing greens (collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens etc). There are also pelleted dragon foods that can be offered in addition to salads, but I wouldn't use these as the stable diet instead of insects for hatchling and young dragons.
Once they are older than a year, you only need to feed insects 2-3 times a week with salads every day.
do the insects have to be LIVE
even when they are less the a year old
or can i put dead ones into a vibrating feeding dish
will this do?
thanx ahead of time*
