I have just gotten a crested gecko and am wondering how to get and keep the humidity in his cage? I have a 20 gallon glass cage with a screen on one side. Also how active are crested geckos, ane they more active at night?

Crested geckos are nocturnal and thus are active only at night. A 20 gal tank is a good size for an adult crested gecko, though they perfer haven't it taller than wide. humidity can be kept by regular mistings of the cage, covering most of that screen top, leaving just enough to ensure good ventilation. Also, you can provide a moist hide to help with sheds as necessary. Crested geckos should be kept in relative humidity of about 60-80% (can't remember offhand, not home to check the Rhac book). I deffinitely recommend doing research on crested gecko care sheets. Anthany Caponella (or however his last name is spelled) has a good one, as does Rapeshy.
