i have a 33 gallon tank and am planing on getting leopard geckos. i have a UTH and a 150 watt night glo bulb that i want to leave on 24/7 and with both the temp is 92. is that to hot to have all the time. the cold side is still pretty cold so they will have a temp gradient. and is it also ok to have the night temp higer than the day temp or.. is that bad PLEASE answer all m questions i dont want to hurt my leo's lol.

92F is a bit high for leopard geckos, a range between 88-90F is best. A temperature gradient is good to have so one end of the cage is in the high 80's and the rest of the tank can be lower. I would remove the day glo light altogether and use a regular household bulb for daytime heat and the under tank heater for night time heat. You can set both on timers or just the light on a timer. A 12-14 hour daytime schedule is fine for the light. Night time temps should deffinitely be lower than daytime temperatures, as it is natural for the temperature to drop during the night.

would it be ok if i left the UTH on 24/7 and used a low wattage NIGHT glo bulb at night like maybe 40-50 watt bulb...?

Unless your house temperature or the cage temperature drops below 65F there really isn't any need for a night heat bulb. You can set one up and just turn it on when you want to view your leopard gecko at night without disturbing him (the blue/red bulbs are good for night time as the geckos don't see this spectrum of light).
